The Blooming Flower - Connie Chu 

            The Blooming Flower is composed of plastic caps, straws, a plastic cup, and a plastic lid. Growing flowers take a lot of time, love, and patience.  In order for flowers to bloom, it must be taken under great care. It needs to be watered everyday and fertilized once in a while. Planting flowers is similar to taking care of the Earth. Earth requires a lot of maintenance and care. By reducing carbon emission and water usage, it would improve the health of the environment.  The effort is definitely worth it when the beautiful flower blooms and when the earth is cleaner.  If we are good to nature, nature would reward us in its ways.
