Little Things

Little Things
My project was me gathering pieces of trash around where I live.  I mostly ended up picking up small things like wrappers and receipts.  I also found what can be raffle tickets of some sort.  I noticed that a lot of the pieces are things that could have possibly fell out of a pocket or bag.  Also, things that people may throw on the floor thinking that one little piece of trash won’t make a big difference in the world, but what they don’t realize is that every little thing makes a difference toward the environment.

Clean After Yourself

Clean After Yourself
Are oceans are becoming our dumpsters. We find at the beach objects that can hurt us such as sharp wood, plastic knives and much more. However we are not only hurting ourselves but our planet too. Our oceans gives us oxygen, stores CO2 and gives us food so, why are we hurting it? We are leaving trash to the beach that will give food to the sea animals and who eats seafood, we do. The animals are going to be made out of plastic that later we will consume. The little trash we leave behind will be eaten by little animals then the chain will keep on going the larger fish is going to eat the smallest. So if you want to eat plastic or swim in plastic get up and throw your own trash from the beach.

                                                                                            Super Trash
For my project I decided to create some of the trash that I found at the Creek cleanup into a super hero, because I think that whenever we help our environment even with the smallest thing, we are heroes to our planet. We never think about how our daily actions can damage our world; we take for granted the beautiful planet we have, we should be thankful that we are alive and have a place to live. My project also symbolizes how as we become heroes for our planet, we are also heroes for future generations since they are the ones who are going to follow our footsteps and make a better world.
